UConsultUs: Global Directory of Consultants and Management Resources is a complex of websites that list leadership, organizational and management development and training, assessment, intervention and investigation consultants and cutting-edge resources for consultants and managers, independent management consultants, trainers, mediators, experts and conferences and resources. Human resource management, including equity and diversity sources are abundant on these websites. UConsultUs was founded by Carolyna Smiley-Marquez who is recognized as a master consultant and is the founder of three collaborative peer organizations: EQuity Associates, Diversity Associates International and Multicultural Mediators. It was out of her ongoing interest in encouraging business, industry and government to utilize non-traditional consulting professionals and her commitment to encourage cross-disciplinary, cross-race cross-gender, and multicultural teaming of consultants, as well as to provide mentoring for new consultants that UConsultUs was founded.
